Presale & Airdrop

7.1 Presale Strategy

  • Goal: Raise USDT for initial liquidity before TGE (Token Generation Event).

  • Example Structure: 2,000,000 BID allocated for a 3-stage presale, priced successively higher (e.g., 10 USDT/BID, then 15 USDT/BID, then 20 USDT/BID).

  • TGE Claim: Participants claim their BID at TGE. The USDT raised forms the initial liquidity pool.

  • Minimum Participation: A minimum purchase of $10 worth of BID is required to qualify for the airdrop program.

7.2 Airdrop Plan

  • Target: First 100,000 users to register receive 2 BID each.

  • Total Airdrop: 200,000 BID.

  • Marketing Potential: If 1 BID = 50 USDT, this can be framed as a $100 airdrop per user.

  • Anti-Fraud Measure: To claim the airdrop of 2 BID tokens, users must have participated in the presale with a minimum purchase of $10 worth of BID tokens.

  • Purpose: This requirement has been implemented to prevent fraudulent airdrop farming and ensure airdrop tokens go to genuine community members.

7.3 Initial Liquidity & Pricing

  • Uniswap V3 Pool: Formed at TGE with presale USDT + a portion of BID tokens from the liquidity allocation.

  • Price Target: Aim for an initial price near the token’s implied market value (~50 USDT/BID).

  • Liquidity Protection: The presale minimum purchase requirement also helps ensure stronger initial liquidity by encouraging meaningful participation over micro-transactions.
